The Scout Troop (Spähtrupp) is equipped with the Hotchkiss Schützenpanzer (infantry armoured vehicle, abbreviated to SPz) 11-2 Kurz (Short) tracked reconnaissance vehicle
It was introduced around the same time as the larger Schützenpanzer (or SPz) 12-3 Lang (HS.30) infantry fighting vehicle as used by the Panzergrenadiers
The SPz 11-2 Kurz is armed with the 20mm Hispano-Suiza 820 L/85 autocannon
