PRICE INFORMATION
We price our products at Tabletop Republic as follows;
- All items over £100 are offered at a 20% discount on RRP
- All sealed TCG boxes (even if under £100) are offered at a 20% discount on RRP
- Items on preorder (ie items not currently released) are offered at a 15% discount on RRP
- All other items are offered at 10% off RRP
The only exceptions to the above are:
- Games Workshop and Games Workshop Mail Order Items (aka Web Order)
- Tickets and league entry
- Items made by and/or sold by Tabletop Republic ourselves
- Bundles and mystery boxes
and certain items where it is noted.
If an item increases in price while it is on preorder, customers who preordered at the lower price will not have any extra charge added to their order.
If an item decreases in price while it is on preorder, customers who preordered at the higher price will recieve a refund equal to the difference in price if they request.
PREORDER INFORMATION
Please note that all preorder item's release dates are not guaranteed, and are an estimated date recommened by our distributors. While we aim for you to recieve your items by the release date, delays may occur with our distributor and/or delivery companies which may cause the item(s) to arrive late. Unless the delay was caused by human error on our end, we will not provide refunds or discounts from delays - and any refunds because of this will be judged on a case-by-case basis and money refunded accordingly.
Orders that include preorder items will only ship once all items have arrived in-store. If you want your items to be sent separately, purchase the items in different orders.
STOCK & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that our website does not show live stock, and it just shows items which we are normally available to order from our distributors. Once you place an order with us, we will aim to order it ASAP, where we expect it to arrive in-store between 2-10 working days (depending on order date and dispatch time).
If the item you ordered is not currently in-stock with our distributor(s), we will let you know as soon as possible via email, where we will ask you if you want to either keep it on our system where we will try to re-order when the item is back in stock, or if you want a refund and for us to cancel the order.
If you have ordered an item for shipment, we aim to ship it within 1 working day of arrival in-store. We normally ship items via Royal Mail 2nd Class, so estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days after shipment confirmation.
We aim to keep you informed throughout the order process with updates about ETAs and/or delays!
