Pokemon TCG Trade Day Entry

Join us on Sunday 6th September 2026 for our first Pokemon TCG trade day!
REFUND POLICY
Please note that entry fees (either vendor or trader entry) cannot be refunded within 30 days of the event date for any reason.
We will welcome vendors to purchase selling stalls for the duration of the day, and there will be ample space for traders to come by and trade/swap from their binders too! (Entry fee required).
The day will run in our opening hours of 11am - 4.30pm.
Vendors will be able to enter store at 10.30am to set out their goods.
The cost for booking a vendor space is £20 and the cost of booking a trader entry is £2 if pre-booked through this listing or £2.50 on the day in store. (The trader entry fee is payable per person for everyone in attendance so please be aware that whether or not you are trading or simply attending with someone else who is, this fee will be payable. Please ensure you have purchased enough entry tickets for the number of people attending.)
We expect high demand for vendor slots so please do not delay booking and you can email us to contact@tabletoprepublic.com for a waiting list if sold out.
If you are purchasing a vendor space:
- You will be assigned one 6ft x 4ft selling space. Apart from limited shelving space next to each row there won't be a great deal more space beyond this - so please make sure what you bring fits into this space. Vendors are limited to one space each.
- The vendor space is for Pokemon TCG card stock and / or sealed product only. The sale of trading card accessories such as binders, sleeves and toploaders etc. is not permitted.
- The vendor space is £20 whether you are selling for 30 minutes or the entire day, so up to you to get bang for your buck!
- Tabletop Republic will under NO CIRCUMSTANCES have any involvement in transactions. This includes "breaking notes" and giving change.
- Tabletop Republic under NO CIRCUMSTANCES accepts any responsibility for any transactions made. The authenticity of cards and value therein is the liability of the buyer and seller.
- Tabletop Republic accepts no liability for your trade goods. Please ensure you are aware of your personal belongings throughout the day.
If you are purchasing a trader ticket:
- Please be aware that you are not purchasing a vendor ticket. That means you have no assigned space and although there is a limited amount of free table space set aside for people to talk and trade, individuals are expected not to "set up stall" for an extender period of time. This will be a very busy event so it is advised not to bring an excessive amount of items to trade.

- Please be respectful. If you do not agree with a seller valuation then simply do not purchase. If a seller does not wish to haggle they have the right to do so.
