Pokemon TCG: Mega Evolutions Phantasmal Flames Prerelease - for all ages (Masters, Seniors and Juniors) on Sunday 9th November 2025 at Tabletop Republic High Wycombe
**EVENT RULES:**This event follows the official Pokemon TCG Limited format rules for a Sealed Event.
The deck construction rules for Limited formats are as follows:
• The deck must contain exactly 40 cards.
• There is no limit to the number of cards with the same name that can be included, provided there is no restriction detailed in the card text itself.
• Matches are played for 4 Prize cards.In a Sealed event, players receive a Build & Battle Box from the Organizer at the beginning of the event.
Deck Construction
• Players open their booster packs at a signal from the Organizer and construct a 40-card deck using only those cards (including any cards in their Build & Battle Box) and any basic Energy cards provided by the Organizer.
• Players have 30 minutes to construct their decks.
Games are 25 minutes in length and are best-of-one
Apart from the above changes, all other rules for standard Pokemon TCG games apply
Once time is called, games still in progress do not end immediately. Instead, the active player must complete their turn. Afterwards, the players must play an additional three full turns (+3 turns).
**SCHEDULE**
11:00 - 11:30 Registration
11:30 - 12:00 Deck Construction
12:05 Round 1 starts
Subject to change based, event should finish 3pm at the latest
Players who arrive late to registration can still play, but will have less time for deck construction. Players who arrive after round 1 begins will not be allowed to play in the event.
**TICKETS + PRIZES**
• A Pokemon ID is required to play, and is required to purchase a ticket(Please see https://www.pokemon.com/uk for details on how to obtain a Pokemon ID.)
• There is no option to purchase entry on the day; players must book a ticket in advance.
• The capacity for the event is 30 players.
• Players will get to keep all contents of their Prerelease kit, plus each player that completes all three rounds will receive an additional 3 packs of Phantasmal Flames.
• We cannot process refunds for any ticket cancellations that occur within 14 DAYS prior to the event start date.
